The wine region of Fyn of Denmark. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Lilleø or the Domaine Nyholmgaard Vin produce mainly wines white, sparkling and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Fyn are Solaris, Pinot noir and Orion, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
