Pioneer Danish wine peninsula with a cool continental climate and long luminous summers — mostly organic viticulture. Solaris is the signature white grape (>60%), a disease-resistant PIWI hybrid: dry and aromatic with intense citrus, exotic fruit, white flower and herbaceous notes akin to NZ Sauvignon, with crisp acidity.
