The wine region of West Elks is located in the region of Colorado of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine The Storm Cellar or the Domaine The Storm Cellar produce mainly wines pink, white and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of West Elks are Pinot noir, Pinot gris and Riesling, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of West Elks, producing 4 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The wines of West Elks go well with generally quite well with dishes of rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), shellfish or mature and hard cheese.
Approved by the INV viticultural institute on 1 July, Balcarce is the fourth GI to be named in the province of Buenos Aires. She took over from him in 2016 at the age of 24, and is one of the few female winemakers in Cornas. The Verset name runs deep in this part of the Rhône.
