Discovering the wine region of Black Sea

The wine region of Black Sea of Turkey. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Borovitza or the Domaine Bodegas Mcr produce mainly wines sweet, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Black Sea are Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of Black Sea, producing 4 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.

The wines of Black Sea go well with generally quite well with dishes of pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc) or vegetarian.
