The wine region of Ollon is located in the region of Chablais of Vaud of Switzerland. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Bernard Cavé or the Domaine La Combaz produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Ollon are Pinot noir, Chasselas and Gamaret, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
