The wine region of Guijoso is located in the region of Castille of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Familia Conesa or the Domaine Familia Conesa produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Guijoso are Tempranillo, Chardonnay and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Guijoso often reveals types of flavors of oak, non oak or earth and sometimes also flavors of spices, red fruit or black fruit.
In the mouth of Guijoso is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of Guijoso, producing 13 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Guijoso go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or poultry.
