The wine region of Finca Élez is located in the region of Castille of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Manuel Manzaneque or the Domaine Manuel Manzaneque produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Finca Élez are Tempranillo, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Finca Élez often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or oak and sometimes also flavors of spices, red fruit or black fruit.
In the mouth of Finca Élez is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of Finca Élez, producing 9 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Finca Élez go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or veal.
