The wine region of Campo de la Guardia is located in the region of Castille of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Martúe or the Domaine Martúe produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Campo de la Guardia are Malbec, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Campo de la Guardia often reveals types of flavors of earth, microbio or oak and sometimes also flavors of tree fruit, non oak or spices.
In the mouth of Campo de la Guardia is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 2 estates and châteaux in the of Campo de la Guardia, producing 6 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Campo de la Guardia go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or veal.
