The wine region of Stavropol of Russia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Винзавод Надежда (Vinzavod Nadezhda) or the Domaine Монастырская Трапеза produce mainly wines red, sparkling and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Stavropol are Saperavi, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
