The wine region of Sithonia is located in the region of Chalkidiki of Macedonia of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Porto Carras or the Domaine Porto Carras produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Sithonia are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Assyrtiko and Cabernet franc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
