The wine region of Black Sea of Bulgaria. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Vinex Preslav or the Domaine LVK Vinprom produce mainly wines white, red and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Black Sea are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot noir, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Black Sea often reveals types of flavors of non oak, blackberry or vegetal and sometimes also flavors of microbio, floral or citrus fruit.
We currently count 29 estates and châteaux in the of Black Sea, producing 194 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Black Sea go well with generally quite well with dishes of pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc) or vegetarian.

A survey of 2,000 investors in the UK found links between Generation Z, loosely covering those up to 25 years of age, and fine wine investment. While close to half of all survey respondents said they had invested in so-called alternative assets, such as fine wine, whisky, art or crypto, this proportion rose to 62% for the under-25s.
