The wine region of Paraná of Brazil. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Vinícola Legado or the Domaine Vinícola Legado produce mainly wines red, sparkling and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Paraná are Merlot, Viognier and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. In the mouth of Paraná is a powerful with a lot of tannins present in the mouth.
We currently count 2 estates and châteaux in the of Paraná, producing 17 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Paraná go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or veal.
