Structured and aromatic whites, with an amber-golden robe in qvevri, full mouthfeel and preserved acidity, with intense aromas of yellow fruits (apricot, peach), honey, white flowers, dried fruits and soft spices. Produced as dry, sweet and tannic orange wines by long skin maceration. Star of Kakheti, often vinified in qvevri (clay jars, UNESCO method). The wine region of Riverina

Vast hot region of southwest New South Wales (Australia): Botrytis Sémillon signature as king sweet white — opulent with signature notes of honey, candied apricot, mango, quince, orange marmalade, saffron and a wax touch (Sauternes style, De Bortoli's iconic Noble One, 1982). Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot and Durif as sunny reds. Chardonnay, Verdelho, Gewurztraminer, Moscato as gourmand whites. GI, flat plains and hot Mediterranean climate, irrigation.

The wine region of Nouvelle-Galles du Sud

Australia's 2nd wine state with diverse regions. Iconic Hunter Valley: a Sémillon unlike any other, straight, low-alcohol dry whites with vivid citrus when young, evolving over 10-20 years toward honey, toast and lanolin. Medium-bodied Hunter Shiraz, spicy and earthy (leather, red fruits). Also round Chardonnay and aromatic Verdelho.

The word of the wine: CM

Mention on the label of a champagne. It is a handling cooperative that produces on its own premises and markets under its own brand the wines made from the grapes harvested by its members.
