The wine region of Schwyz

Confidential wine canton of German-speaking Switzerland (on the shores of Lakes Lucerne, Lauerz and Zug), temperate pre-Alpine climate. Pinot Noir (Blauburgunder) as fine and silky red king — vivid cherry, raspberry, red fruits and elegant spiced-alpine touch, fine tannins. Müller-Thurgau (Riesling-Sylvaner) as vivid aromatic white king — white flowers, light muscat and saline touch. Refined confidential Alpine wines.

The word of the wine: Discharge

Action consisting of removing suspended particles (sludge) from the must.
