The wine region of Erice
The wine region of Erice is located in the region of Sicile of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Fazio or the Domaine Fazio produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Erice are Nero d'Avola, Chardonnay and Grillo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
