The wine region of Stara Zagora of Bulgaria. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Edoardo Miroglio or the Domaine Edoardo Miroglio produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Stara Zagora are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Mavrud, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
