М. Трубецького produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Дніпровські схили are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Дніпровські схили often reveals types of flavors of cherry, plum or oak and sometimes also flavors of red fruit, black fruit or strawberries.

Having left the ranks of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) in 2008, Ukraine has again joined the leading intergovernmental institution. This brings the total number of member countries up to 49.
